More generally, we are looking for experts in these areas - biotechnology [sp. biochemicals and biodegradable polymers] and phytopharmaceuticals; web development and ICT strategy and analysis, including broadband; food manufacturing; textiles; new animal and plant industries; micro-economics, finance and marketing; institutional development [incl. corporate governance]. Functional expertise in these industries and in statistical analyses including survey design and management; database construction and management; environmental management; and competition policy is sought on a project basis.
